It's in working condition, a previous owner did mod it for 1/4 inch grounded switching jacks at some point, work is decent. Could be very easily modded for cascaded gain stages, or used as the mixer that it is. The "input" jack is padded, the three mic inputs are not. Sounds killer for guitar...
