This came off a 2017 Ram 3500 Mega Cab 6'4" bed. It should fit any 4th Gen (2009-2018) Ram pickup with a 6'4" bed (not RamBox) and probably 5th Gen as well. One of the folding rubber portions has a small tear, there are a few scuffs on the bottom surface, and it's missing a support...
