Playstation 4 slim, black, good condition (clean and sanitize before using it!)

Playstation 4 looks good so far, the problem is the controller only works with the charger plugged in, and it's dirty, full of dust and residue, needs to be fully cleaned inside and out before use. (this applies to the ps4 itself, the controller, and all cables.)
