Need installation(R13 insulation) for a crawl space under deck.

Need help in installing insulation under the deck. the room area is 200-250 sq feet.
1) Installation insulation.
2)closing the sides by a subfloor to prevent air going in.
note : its a crawl space under deck/sunroom.
