Iphone 15 Plus At&t

Phone was purchased from offer up in January from (contact info removed) as a gift for my daughter that uses T-mobile. Tried getting it unlocked but no luck. She was able to set it up and use it with wifi. The phone has been reset back to factory. 2 reports are attached.
