iPhone 11 and Apple Watch

In selling this iPhone 11 good conditions and this Apple Watch both for 150 or obo not stolen there mine personnel reason why I'm selling it's because it got locked with lot of passwords we had and the Apple Watch works turns on but I cannot erase nothing if you know how to work this kinds of stuff...
