Gibson B-25N-12 string 1960's excellent playing guitar

This is a beautiful, great sounding and easy to play 1960's Gibson B-25-12N, 12 String Guitar. From the serial # it is either a 1966 or 1969, I am almost sure it is from 1966. Wonderful straight neck, excellent condition frets, low (non buzzing) action, you can easily play a barre chord at the 12th fret....
