Your work would generally include to provide a high level of customer service to every customer, helping with customer inquiries, making reservations and explaining the terms of rental agreements. Inspecting rental vehicles prior and after each contract, and also providing ongoing sales support. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, sending shuttles to the airport terminals.
