Broyhill Couch Sofa Loveseat Set Green with Wood Trim

Good shape and smoke free home. No stains. The loveseat has a small rip on the back cushion seam where it attaches to the couch. Not at all noticeable. Also the loveseat back part (part that would go up against wall) has an area where the seam has come undone. Please see photos, again not super noticeable. Ov...
