BMW 106,000 mi

Selling my 2001 bmw 740il I recently replaced the motor that has 100 K with the top. Been rebuilt with new timing chain guides and more car does have a check engine light and I’m trying to fix it and the code number is in the pictures no trades cash only and no part outs
