2005 KTM 450MXC Electric Start and an OR lic. plate

Time to pass the torch with my KTM. It's an 05' 450 MXC. Titled in Oregon in my name and I have an Oregon license plate on it. The tags are out of date and needs a light kit (generic or from an EXC) to be a dual sport but the Oregon plate is there should you want to ride it to your destination. I...
