Very rusty 1953 Chevrolet, 1953 & 1955 Oldsmobile and 1955 Pontiac Wheelcover Hubcap Center Cap. They are all original used 15" caps with some wear, scuffs, scrapes, dents and a good amount of rust. I have not tried to clean and polish them, but they probably will clean up better with some effor...
